Seitai Salon Nao is a one-room private salon in a residential building in Shukugawa, about 15 minutes from Kobe and 20 from Osaka by train. No cracking, no deep pressure — just careful, gentle work that lets your body settle after days of travel.
This is a women-only salon. Men are welcome by referral from an existing guest.
Seitai (整体) is a Japanese approach to the body that works with balance rather than force.
I do not crack joints, press hard on painful spots, or use oil. Instead, I gently move your arms, legs, neck and hips within a comfortable range, and let the tension in your body release on its own. Most guests say it feels less like treatment and more like being carefully looked after.
You stay fully clothed the whole time, lying on a mat on the floor. If anything feels uncomfortable, you can tell me at any moment and I will change what I am doing.
This is a small room in my own home, not a clinic or a spa. There is no reception desk and no other guests — just a quiet space, soft light, and time that belongs to you.

I speak only a little English, so I use a translation app on my phone during the session, and we take our time. Many guests have told me this worked out fine — I show you what I am about to do, and I check with you as we go. Before your visit we can also message in your own language, so you know what to expect.
The 90 minutes include our conversation, checking your body, the bodywork itself, and a short rest at the end.
Three things — nothing else is needed.
About 90 minutes, including conversation, bodywork and rest.
Between February 2025 and August 2026, 49 first-time guests filled in a short survey. These are their own words, translated from Japanese.
My body became softer, and the hip that used to hurt opened up more easily. I could feel the difference straight away.
Woman in her 50sMy whole body felt lighter, and the heaviness in my neck completely went. I thought seitai meant cracking bones, so I was genuinely moved.
Woman in her 50sThere was never a moment where I felt pain — nothing was forced or stretched. I was very surprised by the difference afterwards.
Woman in her 30sThe swelling in my knee went down and the pain disappeared. I walked out normally, without limping, which honestly amazed me.
Man in his 50s, by referralFive people rated the session 3 out of 5. Some feel very little on the first visit, and some feel tired the next day before feeling better. Bodies are not all the same, and one session is not magic. If something feels unclear afterwards, please message me — I would rather talk it through than leave you wondering.
Send me a message with the dates and times you are hoping for. Writing in English is completely fine — I will reply with a translation.
Please check the list of available times first, then tell me which slot suits you.
